Chef Eric Low turns dried pasta into an exciting meal for the little ones. Show us what you can do with expiring and leftover food. Ingredients (for 4 portions)

500g               Pasta, cooked

Oil for cooking

100g               Onions, sliced

200g               Boneless Chicken Meat, sliced

400ml             Cream

500g               Leftover Aloo Gobi

1tbsp              Chicken Seasoning Powder

20g                 Fresh Coriander Leaves

10g                 Sliced Chilies

10g                 Fried Shallots


  1. Heat oil, saute onions till fragrant, add the sliced chicken. Pour in cream and add in the aloo gobi.
  2. Season sauce with chicken powder, add in pasta and toss well.
  3. Divide pasta into 4 portions, garnish with fresh coriander, chilies and shallots before serve.
